- We only have one office, conveniently located in the center of Kingwood. Our office is a free standing building with adequate parking and even a carport for those rainy days! We are always right here, every day, to take care of your needs.
- We have an enthusiastic, well-trained, and experienced staff. Almost all of our staff members have been with us at least 7 years and some over 10! Our entire team strives to provide for each patient a positive, caring and memorable experience. We also have a large staff to better serve you.
- We have a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility. Our reception room has computers for surfing the net or playing games and a wide selection of current magazines. We have a high tech coffee machine, a very popular slush machine, and complimentary bottle water. Above each treatment chair, we have TV’s playing movies (only G or PG) and Nintendo Gamecubes (no violent games) are available to play during the longer appointments. All of our orthodontic equipment is also new and up to date.
- Office and diagnostic procedures are integrated by means of the most sophisticated orthodontic computer systems available. Patients can access both their account and appointment information 24 hours a day via the internet with a specific code assigned to each family. From scheduling appointments to taking pictures and x-rays to financial functions, we have streamlined the process to make it as “hassle free” as possible.
- We utilize an automated appointment confirmation software program that will call you the night before every appointment to remind you. We also have an available automated e-mail appointment reminder system.
- We value your time. We have electronic sign in that notifies our clinical team immediately upon your arrival. This helps us to be more efficient and stay on time.
- We are open until 4:30 on Fridays during the school year. Have a pokey wire, need some wax, have an appointment or financial question on a Friday afternoon? We are here to take care of you.
- We have a new high-tech, digital X-ray machine which is one of the most advanced machines available today. Digital x-rays significantly reduce radiation to the patient.
- We use the latest treatment technology available. Our office uses the progressive Damon system of orthodontics, the fastest growing technique among orthodontists worldwide. It provides very efficient tooth movement using lighter forces, less discomfort, fewer appointments, less extraction of permanent teeth, fewer expanders, no headgear and shorter overall treatment times. Our goal utilizing this new technology is to achieve a beautiful broad smile with enhanced facial balance.
- We follow the guidelines established by the American Dental Association and the Centers for Disease Control and routinely replace our sterilization equipment to assure all our sterilization methods are current.
- Parents are always welcome in our treatment area. We believe in communication with our parents and even have chairs in the treatment area for our parents to sit with their children, if desired.
- Upon completion of the final stage of braces, we offer fixed upper and lower retainers (thin, comfortable, and invisible wires glued to the back of the front teeth). Parents love the fact that their busy teenagers don’t have to wear and keep up with the bulky, removable retainers. We want your smile to be beautiful for years to come!
- Many area dental professionals such as family dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists and their staff members have given us the privilege of treating themselves, their spouses and their children. This is the highest compliment we can receive, when other professionals in our field trust us with their loved ones!
- As a courtesy, we file your insurance for you and accept payment directly from your insurance company.
